•How do I add funds to my wallet?
Go to the Wallet page from your dashboard. Send the exact amount of USDT (TRC20 or BEP20) to the address provided on the page. Then, copy your Transaction ID (TXID) from your crypto wallet and submit it. An admin will verify the transaction on the blockchain and credit your account.
•Is my money safe?
Yes! Funds are held in escrow. When you hire an editor, the funds are deducted from your balance but are not released to the editor until the job is completed and delivered.
•How do I become an Editor?
Click 'Become an Editor' or select 'Editor' during the signup process. You'll be asked to provide your portfolio links, set up your pricing packages, and list your skills so clients can find you.
•What happens if I'm not satisfied with the video?
You can request revisions from the editor via the built-in chat on the order page. If the issue cannot be resolved, you can contact our admin support team using the WhatsApp or Email buttons below for dispute resolution.
