1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Our platform connects video editors ("Editors") with clients looking for video editing services ("Clients"). We provide the infrastructure for discovering editors, communicating, and managing payments via manual cryptocurrency deposits.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintain the security of your account and password.
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• For Editors: Deliver work on time and to the agreed-upon standards. Plagiarism or use of un-licensed material is strictly prohibited.
• For Clients: Ensure you have the rights to any raw footage you provide to editors.

4. Payments and Refunds

Our platform operates exclusively using Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20/BEP20).

• Deposits: Funds are credited to your platform wallet only after an Admin has manually verified the Transaction ID (TXID) on the blockchain.
• Escrow: When an order is placed, funds are deducted from the Client's balance. They are held securely until the Editor completes the work.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency, deposits are final. Refunds for unsatisfactory work must be disputed via Admin support and will be credited back to the platform wallet, not sent back to external crypto wallets.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. This includes submitting fraudulent TXIDs or harassing other users.
